Previously: MSc at ETH Zürich, research intern at Netflix, and BSc in Data Science and Engineering Physics at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.

  1. I attended ICML 2026 in Seoul to present our work on physical alignment in learned scientific data compression: A Geometric Lens on Physics-Aligned Data Compression.

  2. I gave an invited talk at the 190th Meeting of the Acoustical Society of America in Philadelphia: Toward Physics-Preserving Lossy Compression for Distributed Acoustic Sensing.

  3. I gave an invited seminar at Oxford Earth Sciences on controlled compression for fibre-optic sensing: Frontiers in fibre-optic sensing: controlled data compression.

  4. Our work on controlled compression of distributed acoustic sensing data was published in Geophysical Journal International: DASPack: controlled data compression for distributed acoustic sensing.
